Even tho we are already familiar with the whole concept of self-love, sometimes we can all use a little reminder of how awesome, unique and beautiful we all are as individuals.

Recognizing the power and value of self-love is the most important step to improving your quality of life.
Adding more self-love to your life is the next thing you need to accomplish.

Self-love affirmations are an incredible tool for helping you feel better about yourself. They will help you boost your positive beliefs and get in the right mindset for loving yourself in a healthy way.

The more you hear and repeat these positive messages, the more you’ll believe them on an unconscious level.

 

 

Why 182?
Because I figured it out that it would cover half a year worth of affirmations.
Therefore, you can be busy motivating yourself every single day for half a year.

 

 

How to use self-love affirmations:

  • Read this list now and you’ll become one step closer to practicing self-love.
  • Pick out 1 or 2 affirmations that feel right for you, and repeat them throughout your day.
  • Choose one to focus on throughout the day to help you keep a positive mindset.
  • If it’s too overwhelming to think of repeating affirmations regularly, just try to start small.
  • Instead of forcing it, make sure they feel natural to you and sound like something you would say.
  • Experiment with different times to use them (when you wake up, before you go to sleep, throughout the day etc).
  • Write down a few affirmations as reminders and focus on them until you work your way out.
  • Place the list somewhere you’ll see every day and color (or circle) something you want to focus on. When you work your way up to that, just scratch it off.
    Have fun and get creative.
  • Repeat them a lot. Repetition is essential for control.
