I’ve never actually done this.
I noticed this exercise while browsing some random things and I just thought like – Hey, why the hell not!?
I think there is never a bad time to explore what you love.
It’s such a cool idea and an amazing exercise that can help you in all kinds of ways.
You pretty much get a sense of what’s important in your life, where your priorities lie and what makes you happy. And yes- it even helps you to find your personality.
Even tho these are just some random things that I love, while creating this list I dug deep into who I am as a person and who I want people to see me as. And in the end, it was all worth it. I definitely got to know myself better and it was so fun doing it.
Aside from being a great self-recognition exercise, I thought it really made me analyze my life and made me realize what I need to be doing more of.
Why not give it a go yourself? I admit, it sounds so terrifying in the beginning but trust me, it is not that hard as it seems.
So, how does it work?
The key to success is to think small (or to not think at all and just go with the flow). The most important thing is – don’t rush. Take as much time as needed (hours, days, weeks).
